  • Temporary Work Permit (TWP)

The Nigeria Temporary Work Permit (TWP) authorises a foreign national to enter Nigeria for short-term, specialised work assignments on behalf of a Nigerian host company. It is intended for temporary, non-employment activities such as technical services, installations, training, repairs, inspections, or audits.

  • Subject to Regularisation (STR) Visa

The STR Visa allows a foreign national to enter Nigeria with the intention of taking up long-term employment and subsequently regularising their stay by obtaining residence and work authorisation. It is designed for medium- to long-term assignments with a Nigerian employer and forms the first step toward securing a Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card (CERPAC).
